Cancellation Policy
Beautee Hive Appointment Policy
Deposits
A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service.
Rescheduling
I completely understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment a maximum of two times. After two reschedules, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book again.
No-Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A new deposit will also be required before another appointment can be booked.
Late Arrivals
There is a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the service and the appointments following yours.
